Diagnosis monitors oxygen-sensor control. The fault is detected when the fuel/air mixture of cylinder bank 1 is too rich and the adaptation limit (25...30 %) is undershot for 40 s. Possible cause of fault: - Crankcase ventilation defective - Intake manifold pressure sensor before and after throttle valve defective - Fuel tank ventilation valve defective - Catalytic converter clogged - Fuel injector defective |
