Fault Information


Fault Code Description
The fault code entry tells the monitoring if the aerial has an internal fault (e.g. internal short circuit), a short circuit or a line disconnection.
Fault code entry condition:
The aerial self-test found the aerial to be faulty or it is maximumly out of tune.

Resetting condition:
The aerial was successfully used.
Fault Code Conditions
General Conditions Control unit voltage: 9 V - 16 V; no undervoltage
Terminal Condition Terminal 30

Terminal Condition PWF status: Driving

Terminal Condition PWF status: Testing-analysis-diagnosis

Terminal Condition PWF status: Residing

Driving Conditions Note: The designations of terminal status or PWF status apply according to the vehicle electrical system of the vehicle.
Fault Time Condition
Immediately after fault detection.
Service Plan
Check lines and aerial connector. Check whether the spacer is installed.If the lines and connectors are OK, exchange the aerial.If no more (new aerial) faults can be detected, replace the control unit
Fault Impact
Partial restriction or malfunction of the convenience functions.
